The Schweppes graduate program is a two year structured, rotational-based program which enables graduates to experience four rotations across different functions. Throughout the program, graduates gain a good understanding of how our business works. Graduates have strong support from a dedicated mentor and coach to help them succeed and get the most from their experience.
Induction
Graduates undertake our induction program to learn more about Schweppes, the organisational culture, values and structure, as well as important process and procedural information.
Rotation
Four rotations in different parts of Schweppes including a field sales rotation and three six-month rotations in different functions, gaining broad exposure to a variety of areas to build their understanding of our entire business.
Development Program
Graduates undertake development programs that are designed to progressively build business skills and knowledge including influencing and communication, personal productivity, project management and presentation skills.
Graduates are also involved in corporate social responsibility activities where they have the opportunity to build social, communication and leadership skills while supporting our local community.
