What are the steps in the hiring process?

We use a number of methods to identify the best candidate for any given role. Depending on the needs of the position, it might involve a combination of phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, assessment centres, psychometric or skill testing, reference checking, case studies and role-playing. The process will be designed to ensure you have the best opportunity to demonstrate your suitability for the role.

How should I best prepare for an interview?

Everyone has their own way of preparing for interview, but we’ve collected some interview tips  to get you started. Research is very important, so be sure to know as much as you can about the position and the company.

Who will see my application – is it confidential?

At Schweppes, applications are initially seen only by members of our HR team. When we share details with hiring managers, it is done on the condition of confidentiality. If you feel that you have unusual requirements for confidentiality, please contact our recruitment team to discuss your situation prior to applying for a position.

Are unsolicited search firm and agency submissions accepted?

In short, no. Schweppes Australia has relationships with a small number of recruitment agencies, who may from time to time be engaged to assist us with recruitment assignments.  However where a non-preferred agency sends us unsolicited resumes, those candidates will not be accepted for consideration unless the candidates apply directly to Schweppes.
