How should beverages be stored?
To ensure Schweppes beverages reach consumers in premium condition, please store away from direct sunlight or heat, in a cool, dry, clean area.
What is the shelf life of beverages?
The shelf life of our beverages depends on many factors including whether the product is carbonated or still, the type of packaging material (glass, PET, cans) and the storage conditions.

How long does it take beverages to cool after putting them in the fridge?
Beverages stored in ambient conditions (<30

C) will cool to our specified requirements within 10 hours.
What temperature should Schweppes fridges be set at for maximum efficiency?
Schweppes coolers maintain temperatures of between 3-5

How can I tell the best before date on Schweppes products?
Best before dates are generally printed on the neck of our bottles or on the base of our cans. The top line of information indicates the best before date.
What is Schweppes' service delivery model?
We have an extensive sales force who make face-to-face calls to our customers. The frequency of calls depends on the volume of sale. Our sales force is complemented with a customer service centre which provides sales order support.
